Hello all you Wolverine Writers,
Have you been working on your powers of persuasion? Last week we read about persuasive essays, and then wrote one of our own. Have you been using what you learned to persuade your parents or friends to think the way you think? What are some examples of persuasion you have seen at school or at home? How about your favorite advertisements or television commercials? Do they sometimes convince you to ask your parents for specific clothes or toys? If you like convincing people to think your way, have you thought about a future career as an advertising agent, or a lawyer? These careers persuade people every day. Keep up the good work, and share with me where you have used your powers of persuasion in your daily life. I'll be happy to hear your thoughts.
